"Chu Ru Ping An" is a common phrase used to wish others to be safe while on the road or out of the house, it has an even deeper meaning attached to it. It is to wish others safe for a lifetime as there are many 'outs' and 'ins' in our life. For instance, “out” to this world we all come only to go back “in” to the afterworld when our time is up.
